Air-drying turns our food into deliciously satisfying jerky-like pieces that even the pickiest eaters dig into. Turkey is a good nutritional source of iron, zinc, potassium and phosphorous and contains vitamin B6 and niacin. We also boost each recipe with naturally sourced vitamins, minerals and ingredients.
